Jackie Gilliam, a 15-year-old girl, was tragically murdered on September 3, 1979. She was one of the victims of the notorious 'Tool Box Killers,' Lawrence Bittaker and Roy Norris. These two men were responsible for the kidnapping, rape, torture, and murder of five teenage girls in Southern California over a five-month period in 1979.
