Patricia Margaret Phillips, a 29-year-old woman, was last heard from on February 1, 1979, in Buffalo, Wyoming. Patricia, who was hearing-impaired and also had a mental illness, was known to be driving a blue Ford at the time of her disappearance. She spoke to her sister on February 2, 1979, but since then, she has not been seen or heard from. Her family never received further communication, and her whereabouts remain unknown.
