Adelaida Vargas, a 43-year-old woman, disappeared from Miami, Florida, on January 31, 1980. On the day of her disappearance, Adelaida called her daughter in a state of hysteria, warning her that the family was in danger. Shortly after, she left her residence and was never seen again. Adelaida did not take any personal belongings with her, and no clues have surfaced regarding her whereabouts since.
