Alicia Padilla, a 2-year-old girl, was last seen on January 1, 1985, in Miami, Florida. At the time of her disappearance, she was reported to have been abducted by her non-custodial father, Felipe Padilla. Alicia’s parents were involved in a custody dispute, and Felipe took her without permission, raising alarms. Despite efforts to locate Alicia, she has not been seen since the day of her abduction.
