Anne Lillian Riggin, a 25-year-old woman from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, was last seen on May 28, 1982. She disappeared from her residence in the 1200 block of 2nd Street and has not been heard from since. Known to friends and family as "Annie," she is described as a white female, 5'3" tall, weighing 115 pounds, with light brown hair and blue eyes. Riggin has a distinctive scar above her left eye and had previously fractured her collarbone.
