A native of Millvale, Tracy was reported missing to the Millvale Borough Police Department, who then learned she had traveled to Dauphin County.
The investigation into Tracy's whereabouts began to focus on her time in Harrisburg, where she was reportedly staying temporarily with an acquaintance. The last confirmed sighting of Tracy was in late February when she was seen leaving a Wine and Spirits store on Union Deposit Road in Harrisburg.
