Fred Richard Davis, a 31-year-old man from Naples, Utah, disappeared on August 28, 1985. He was supposed to meet his family in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, for a hunting trip but never arrived. His disappearance was reported by his mother and a family friend on September 9, 1985, after he failed to show up.
