Tracy Loy Haight, a 31-year-old mother, was last seen on July 15, 1994, in Boise County, Idaho. The circumstances surrounding her disappearance are centered on a report that she jumped from a moving vehicle. The vehicle was traveling southbound on Highway 55, approximately six miles north of Banks, Idaho, when the incident allegedly occurred.
