Tracy Loy Haight, a 31-year-old woman, was last seen on July 15, 1994, in Boise County, Idaho. Tracy had been traveling south on Highway 55 with her boyfriend when she reportedly jumped from a moving vehicle approximately six miles north of Banks, Idaho. She was never seen or heard from again. At the time of her disappearance, Tracy stood 5'8" tall, weighed 135 pounds, and had brown hair and blue eyes.
