Michael Hissom, a 29-year-old man from Ilwaco, Washington, was last seen on August 4, 1994. He was aboard a fishing vessel called the *Kismet* when he got into an argument with the captain. Following the dispute, Hissom left the boat early in the morning after it docked in Ilwaco, and he has not been seen or heard from since.
