In the early morning hours of August 4, 1994, 29-year-old Michael Dewane Hissom was aboard the fishing vessel Kismet in Ilwaco, Washington. Following an argument with the captain, Michael left the boat and was never seen or heard from again. At the time of his disappearance, he was described as a white male, 5'6' tall and weighing approximately 185 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
