Robert Jason MacRae, 25, was last seen on February 7, 2004, in Seattle, Washington. On that day, he and his friend, Jason Lee Shallock, decided to take an impromptu canoe trip on Puget Sound around 4:00 a.m. MacRae called his girlfriend during the trip to tell her about their plans. Unfortunately, the two men never returned from their outing.
