Harold Orville Doerring, 66, was last seen on February 16, 1997, in Decorah, Iowa. He had visited his daughter in Cedar Falls the day before, and they discussed plans for him to move in with her later that week. When his daughters went to help him with the move on February 22, they discovered he was missing.
