On a cold November day in 2012, 20-year-old Leonard Blair vanished from Davenport, Iowa, leaving behind a void of information and a case that has grown cold over the years. His last known contact was on November 24, 2012, the day he was officially reported as a missing person to the Davenport Police Department. At the time of his disappearance, he was a young Black / African American man, standing 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing approximately 180 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
