Toby Ray Coleman, an 18-year-old from New Caney, Texas, was last seen on May 19, 1997. That night, he had attended a birthday party where a confrontation occurred, resulting in Toby being injured by a man who cut his arm with a broken beer bottle and threatened to kill him.
