Diana Loewen Missing Person Case

Diana Renee Loewen, 37, was last seen on the evening of November 2, 1997, in Rancho Cordova, California. At the time of her disappearance, Diana was transient, and she was last seen "dumpster diving" with a friend around 10:00 p.m. According to the friend, he had climbed into the dumpster, but when he came back out, Diana was gone. She has not been seen or heard from since.
