In the fading light of a November evening in Winchester, Kentucky, 16-year-old Kayla Holland’s life was tragically cut short. On November 7, 2017, the George Rogers Clark High School student was with her friend, Adrianna Castro, also 16, visiting friends at the Washington Street Apartments.
