Doris Edith Inzunza, a 41-year-old woman from Rancho Cordova, California, was last seen in the early morning hours of August 26, 1997, outside her residence on May Court. A mother of four, Doris was engaged to be married in September 1997. She was known for her advocacy work, co-founding the organization Sacramento Survivors of Stalking, after experiencing years of harassment. She had restraining orders against both an ex-husband and a former boyfriend due to repeated stalking incidents.
