Doris Inzunza Missing Person Case

Doris Edith Inzunza, a 41-year-old woman from Rancho Cordova, California, was last seen in the early morning hours of August 26, 1997, outside her residence on May Court. A mother of four, Doris was engaged to be married in September 1997. She was known for her advocacy work, co-founding the organization Sacramento Survivors of Stalking, after experiencing years of harassment. She had restraining orders against both an ex-husband and a former boyfriend due to repeated stalking incidents.

On the night of her disappearance, Doris was at home with her children but failed to arrive at work the next day, prompting her family to report her missing. Her disappearance was highly suspicious, especially considering her history with stalkers. Despite thorough searches by law enforcement, including the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department, no traces of her were found, and her case remains unsolved. Investigators continue to suspect foul play.
