Shane Jerome Govan, 23, disappeared from Cordova, South Carolina, on November 10, 2008. That evening, Shane was visiting friends at a residence on Citron Drive. He called his fiancée at 10:09 p.m., telling her that he would be returning home soon. Shortly afterward, a small gray Toyota truck was seen circling the area.
