Ricky Daniel Tanner, a 42-year-old from Alto, Georgia, was last seen on October 15, 2008, in Westminster, South Carolina. Tanner was in the area working on a piping job with two other men near Cooper Road. These coworkers were the last people to see him before he disappeared. Tanner, who stood 5'8" and weighed 270 pounds, was known for his distinct tattoo of his last name "Tanner" along with barbed wire.
