In the early summer of 2023, concern grew for 17-year-old Julissa Lovick, a young woman from Mt. Washington, Kentucky. She was last seen on June 16, 2023, and the circumstances surrounding her disappearance were unsettlingly vague. On the day she went missing, Julissa was wearing a black pullover and light blue jeans.
