Walter App, a 4-year-old boy, went missing on August 28, 2011, during the catastrophic flooding caused by Hurricane Irene. He was last seen in Rochester, Vermont, near Woodlawn Cemetery. The devastating storm caused extensive damage and flooding in the area, and Walter is believed to have been swept away by floodwaters during this time. Despite efforts to locate him in the aftermath of the storm, Walter's whereabouts remain unknown, and he is still listed as a missing person.
