Ruth Gibbs, aged 74, went missing from Rochester, Vermont, on August 28, 2011, during the catastrophic flooding caused by Hurricane Irene. Ruth was last seen near Woodlawn Cemetery, an area severely impacted by the floodwaters. She was one of several people who disappeared in the chaos of the storm.
