Ismael Perez-Gomez, aged 44, was last seen on March 27, 2012, in Calexico, California. At the time of his disappearance, he was driving a red 2001 GMC Sierra pickup truck, which had a Mexican license plate and the image of a red tomato. He was reportedly wearing jeans (possibly blue, black, or gray), a baseball cap, white athletic socks, and either soccer shoes or brown work boots.

Ismael, who may also have used the alias names Cayetano Nunez Devora or Calletano Nunez Devora, had several distinguishing features, including tattoos of the names "Oro" and "Rosey" on his upper left arm, a blue cross between his eyebrows, and the word "Mariali" on his chest. He also had pinkish marks on the whites of his eyes and a slightly elevated toe on his left foot due to a possible tendon injury. Despite an investigation, few details about his disappearance have surfaced, and his whereabouts remain unknown.

The case remains unsolved, and authorities continue to seek information that might help locate him.
