Heather Ballard, a 27-year-old woman from Syracuse, New York, was last seen on April 8, 2012. She was reportedly spotted on Hawley Avenue and frequented Catherine Street in the city. At the time of her disappearance, she stood between 5'2" and 5'4" tall, weighed around 100 pounds, and had brown hair. Heather had a history of drug abuse and suffered from mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and paranoia.
