Angela Elaine Allen, a 28-year-old woman from Syracuse, New York, was last seen on December 26, 1979. That morning, she briefly spoke to her mother over the phone, mentioning she was too tired to talk and would call back later. Later that day, Angela was last seen near her apartment on South Salina Street, where she lived with her husband, Hubert James Allen, and their two children.
