Leon Allan Addison, 29, was last seen on September 5, 2012, in Durham, North Carolina. He left his home for a walk without taking his phone or wallet and never returned. Leon was last seen wearing a black polo shirt, blue jeans, and a black baseball cap. Despite searches and efforts by law enforcement, his whereabouts remain unknown.
