Oscar Ivan Abad, 37, was last seen on January 10, 1989, in Miami, Florida. At the time of his disappearance, Abad stood 5'3" tall, weighed approximately 150 pounds, and had distinguishing characteristics, including blond hair, blue eyes, a scar on the lower right side of his abdomen, and a red birthmark on the top of his head.
