Nerissa Franklin, a 15-year-old from Gautier, Mississippi, disappeared on December 30, 1989. At the time, she was living in a foster home, and authorities believe she may have left on her own. Despite being classified as an endangered runaway, there has been no trace of Nerissa since that day.
