Joseph Angelo Calcaterra, a 45-year-old man from St. Louis, Missouri, was last seen on November 18, 1996. That morning, he dropped off his children at school but never returned home. His vehicle was later found abandoned on the Jefferson Barracks Bridge, leading investigators to believe that Joseph, who had been struggling with depression and chronic back pain, may have jumped from the bridge. Authorities suspect suicide, but his body was never recovered, and his case remains unsolved.
