In the autumn of 2017, concerns grew for the well-being of 35-year-old Evan Scott Batterton. His mother had not seen him since November, prompting her to report him missing. At the time of his disappearance, Evan was known to be in the southeastern region of Missouri and the St. Louis area. The last confirmed date of contact with him was November 1, 2017.
