Kenneth Lee Loudermilk, a 35-year-old man from St. Louis, Missouri, went missing on October 26, 2022, while paragliding near the Missouri River. Witnesses reported seeing Loudermilk crash into the river near the Route 47 bridge in Washington, Missouri, and he did not resurface.
