In May of 2018, the life of Stephen Thomas Vaporean seemed to take an unexpected turn, leading his family to lose contact with him. At the time, Stephen was a 57-year-old man residing in St. Louis, Missouri. He was last heard from on May 20, 2018. On that day, he had a telephone conversation with a family member regarding a sum of $5,000 that he was unable to receive.
