Ulysses Tolliver, a 41-year-old man from Detroit, Michigan, has been missing since October 25, 1997. On the day of his disappearance, Tolliver left his home on foot, reportedly heading to a nearby gas station. However, he never returned and has not been heard from since. At the time he went missing, Tolliver was wearing a light blue button-down shirt and blue work pants.
