Samuel Gillison, a 41-year-old man from Detroit, Michigan, went missing on May 13, 2001. He had been receiving treatment in a hospital for seizures and was released on the day of his disappearance. Samuel was supposed to return home to collect his birth certificate but never arrived, and he has not been heard from since.
