Robert Louis Vance, 39, was last seen on the morning of June 12, 2003, in Detroit, Michigan. He was visiting an acquaintance's residence in the vicinity of the 3200 block of Burlingame. At around 6:30 a.m., Vance left the residence, intending to return home to change clothes for work. However, he never arrived and has not been heard from since.
