Arthur Ray Collins, a 26-year-old man, was last seen on January 1, 1976, in Detroit, Michigan. He was described as standing 5'7" tall and weighing around 120 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. Collins had a tattoo of his name on one of his shoulders, which is one of the few distinguishing marks noted in his case. His disappearance is unusual in that little is known about the circumstances surrounding it, and he lost contact with his family that year without any further trace.
