Terrence Devon Collins, a 29-year-old man, vanished from his parents' home in Detroit, Michigan on October 15, 1998. His mother last saw him at their residence before she went to a store at 3:30 p.m. When she came back, her son was gone. Collins, who resided in the 9500 block of Stahelin on the city's west side, has not been seen or heard from since that afternoon.
