Marjorie Elizebeth Zeilenga, aged 64, was last seen on September 20, 1998, during a sailing trip with her husband in the Pacific Ocean. The couple had departed from San Francisco Bay on their 30-foot sailboat, *City Scape*, headed for Santa Cruz to visit their daughter. That night, they encountered rough conditions, including high winds and large swells, while north of the Ano Nuevo State Reserve.
