Kamelia Maria Spencer, a 2-year-old girl from Palmdale, California, was last seen on December 20, 1999. She was abducted during a supervised visit with her non-custodial father, Derek Spencer, and her paternal grandmother, Helen Gruning. The visit, which was supposed to take place at the California Department of Social Services, was relocated to the Funland amusement center by Derek's request. During the visit, Kamelia was taken by her father and grandmother, and they disappeared soon after.
