Juliandra Elizabeth Jones, a 19-year-old woman from Palmdale, California, was last seen on April 20, 1997. She was reported missing by her mother on May 4, 1997. Juliandra had been living with her boyfriend at the time and was last seen at their residence in the 38300 block of East 11th Street. She was diagnosed with bipolar disorder and required medication for her condition.
