Robert Samuel Cook Sr., 73, was last seen on March 3, 2002, near his residence in Toledo, Oregon. His disappearance is considered mysterious, as his vehicle was later found abandoned the following day on private property in Reedsport, Oregon, specifically on Otter Slough.
