William Russell Henry, 57, was last seen late in the evening on November 5, 2009, at his home in Tulare, California. At the time of his disappearance, Henry operated a landscaping business and was known for never leaving without notifying others. Four days after he vanished, his landscaping truck and utility trailer were found abandoned and burned in a rural field near Road 84, southwest of Tulare.
