In the early hours of March 6, 2013, a 42-year-old man named Christopher 'Chris' Shane from the Hermitage area of Nashville, Tennessee, found himself seeking medical help. Believing he was suffering a heart attack, he went to Tristar Southern Hills Medical Center. After being medically evaluated and released at 12:43 a.m., he left the hospital on foot, carrying only his cell phone and its charger. This would be the last confirmed sighting of Christopher Shane.
