On a distressing evening in Kelso, Washington, 16-year-old Alex Daniel Viorato-Rodriguez was last seen on May 10, 2013. At approximately 8:45 p.m., the community was faced with a heart-wrenching situation as the troubled young man, reportedly grappling with personal issues, made statements suggesting he intended to harm himself.
