In the late spring of 1974, 21-year-old Peggy Ann Reynolds was in the scenic mountain town of Silverthorne, Colorado. On June 4th, she, along with her husband and two other companions, embarked on a rowboat excursion on the Blue River. The day took a tragic turn when the boat capsized in the cold, swift waters.
