Victor Manzares, a 33-year-old man, went missing on November 7, 1993, in Los Angeles, California. The circumstances of his disappearance remain unclear, but shortly after he was last seen, his vehicle was discovered abandoned in Tulare County, a significant distance from his home. Manzares has not been heard from since, and no trace of him has been found at the location where his car was left. His disappearance is classified as "endangered missing."
