Juan Ernesto Echegaray, a 58-year-old Hispanic male, was last seen on May 7, 1996, in Long Beach, California. At the time of his disappearance, Echegaray was wearing a green hooded jacket and brown pants. He stood 5'9" tall, weighed around 170 pounds, had gray hair, black eyes, and was without teeth, relying on full dentures. Echegaray had suffered a stroke prior to going missing, which left him unable to communicate effectively, making him a vulnerable dependent adult.
