Dennis Kaye Woods, a 45-year-old man, was last seen in Long Beach, California, on January 1, 1988. At the time of his disappearance, Woods had been living in an apartment on East 8th Street in Long Beach for nine years. Described as a white male with brown hair, blue eyes, standing about 5'10" to 5'11" and weighing around 165 to 170 pounds, Woods was known to wear several gold rings on both hands. He also had a distinctive tattoo with his initials "DKW" on his left arm.
