David Warren Brumley, aged 21, was last seen on July 4, 2003, in Columbus, Ohio. He was described as being between 5'7" and 5'8", weighing 130 to 150 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes. David had a scar on his right hand and was believed to need medication at the time of his disappearance. At the time, he lived on the south side of Columbus but also had addresses on East 18th Street near the state fairgrounds and another residence on the east side of the city.
