Jacob "Jake" Boyd, aged 36, was last heard from on January 5, 2017, in Columbus, Ohio. He lived with a roommate on the west side of the city and was in the process of moving out of his apartment and starting a new job. His family, who remained in regular contact with him, became concerned after he suddenly stopped communicating.
