In the late evening hours of November 29, 2017, 28-year-old Joseph Patrick Perri was at a friend's home on Midland Avenue in Columbus, Ohio. He was staying with these friends at the time and, for reasons that remain unclear, he left the residence that evening. He left all of his personal belongings behind, indicating that he had every intention of coming back. However, Joseph never returned to his friend's house and has not been seen or heard from since.
